What we do

Service & installs.
Where we shine.

The work we're known for — repairs, replacements, and clean installs. No call center, no rotating subs. The same crews your neighbors already trust.

Water-based heating

Boilers, radiant floor heat, and water heaters. If water moves through it, it's in our wheelhouse.

Furnaces & central AC

Forced-air HVAC isn't our trade — we'll point you to a good local outfit that handles it.

Our story

86 years in.
A new chapter.

Roy Dellger opened Plymouth Plumbing & Heating in 1940. For three generations, the Dellger family looked after Sheboygan County and surrounding areas homes and businesses — the trucks, the standards, and most of the faces stayed the same.

Then the torch was passed again. In October 2021, Zack Genrich and his family — longtime friends of the Dellgers and Plymouth locals — purchased the business, committed to carrying forward the values it's always stood for.

"Same standards, same way of doing things. We just intend to keep getting better at it."

They're the best. We've had several people from Plymouth Plumbing come out to our house over the past 7 years and every single one of them has been great. We've tried a couple other plumbing companies and never been as impressed as we've been with the quality and how straight forward PP&H has been. Between servicing our 35+ year old boiler, to a bathroom remodel, to fixing our sink, old sump pump, and water heater, they've always done excellent work. I would highly recommend them!

We used Plymouth Plumbing and Heating in updating our kitchen sink and faucet and updating the faucet in our main bathroom. I am very happy with the sink they recommended. The plumber was very thorough, and even did a few “tweaks” when he found things that needed to be fixed. He was happy to answer our questions, and explained what he was doing and why. I love my deep sink and both faucets give a fresh, updated look to the kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend Plymouth Plumbing and Heating!

We had a great experiences with Plymouth Plumbing on our last 2 construction projects. We worked with Katherine in the office for quotes and product selection and Chris was our plumber out on site. Communicate was great and they were enjoyable to work with. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

We called Plymouth Plumbing because we had a leak around our water heater and furnace. The problem was diagnosed as being a problem with the water heater. A few days later, we noticed water again in the same places. I called and got the owner on the phone and he and I were able to diagnose the issue as being condensation from the air conditioner and a clogged hose. I was able to fix the issue myself based on his explanation and the water stopped. We received a bill for the full cost of the water heater. I was initially very frustrated with the bill. After discussing with the owner, we were able to work out a compromise on the bill... we did start with a 7 year old water heater and ended up with a brand new one. I will add that the service technician who came to our house was very professional. He did an excellent job replacing the water heater and was done very quickly. There was water around both the water heater and furnace so we understand the reason for the diagnosis. When the owner and I discussed it, he said he was going to share the situation with his technicians to help them diagnose future problems like this. Mistakes happen, but how you respond to them is what really matters. The fact that they took ownership for it, used it as an opportunity to learn and grow, and made it right is what earns trust from customers like us. We will be calling them back the next time we have an issue.
