Privacy policy
We're a family-owned plumbing company in Plymouth, Wisconsin. When you send us a request, we use your information to call you back and take care of the job. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't helping us run this website or serve you.
Effective October 10, 2026.
What we collect
When you request service
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service address, if you give it
- What you need help with, how soon, and anything you tell us about the job
When you apply for a job
- Your name and contact details
- Your answers on the application, and a résumé if you attach one
Automatically, when you visit
- Basic visit information our web host records for every website: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and when.
- How you found us. We set our own cookie (
pph_attr, kept for 90 days) that remembers the site or ad that brought you here and the first page you landed on. If you send us a request, that goes with it, so we know which of our advertising actually works. - Website analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages people visit, what kind of device they use, their approximate location (city level), and whether they tap our phone number or email link. Google sets its own cookies to do this.
- Advertising measurement. When we run Google Ads, Google's conversion tracking tells us whether an ad click led to a call or a service request.
What we never send to Google Analytics or any advertising service: your name, phone number, email address, service address, or the details of your request. When we record that a request came in, we record only the type of request, never who sent it.
How we use it
- To contact you, give you a price, and schedule and do the work
- To keep records of our customers and the work we've done
- To review job applications
- To understand which pages and advertising bring people to us, so we spend less on what doesn't
- To keep spam and automated abuse out. Submissions are checked automatically, and our web host screens out traffic that doesn't come from a real browser.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run this website and our business:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Postmark delivers the emails our forms send to our office.
- Google provides analytics and advertising measurement, and the reviews shown on our site.
- Our office systems are where your request becomes a customer record and a job.
We don't sell or rent your information. We'll share it beyond the list above only if the law requires us to.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The site, including the request form, still works without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- You can manage how Google personalizes ads in your Google ad settings.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Call or email us (below).
How long we keep it
We keep service requests and job applications for as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records, then delete them. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for 14 months.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and access to the systems that hold your information is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
Children
This website is for adults arranging plumbing work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
