Terms of use
These terms cover using this website. By using it, you agree to them. They're short, and they don't replace anything we agree with you in writing about an actual job.
Effective October 10, 2026.
Requesting service
- Sending a request through this site asks us to contact you. It isn't a booking, and it isn't a contract. We'll call or email to talk it through and schedule a time.
- For an emergency, call (920) 893-3601. Don't rely on the form. We may not see it right away.
- Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you.
Prices and the work itself
Anything on this site about services, products or costs is general information. Your price, the scope of the job, and any warranty are set in the written estimate or invoice we give you for that job, and those documents are what count.
Using the site
- Don't use the forms to send advertising, sales pitches, spam or anything unlawful.
- Don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or collect information from it with automated tools.
- The words, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Plymouth Plumbing & Heating. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Reviews and other websites
Reviews shown here come from Google and are the opinions of their authors. Links to other websites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
No guarantees about the website
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the website itself. That doesn't limit anything we owe you for work we've done, which is covered by your estimate or invoice and by law.
Privacy
How we handle the information you send us is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
