I called today, 1/3/25, for a clogged kitchen sink that I’ve had smaller issues with for a while. Dawn scheduled me for anytime within the next week, as it wasn’t a pressing issue. Within an hour or so Preston gave me a call to meet at the house and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. Both Dawn and Preston were kind, articulate, efficient and professional! The week of Thanksgiving we had no hot water. We needed a part that they did not have. We thought we would have to go through the holiday with no hot water. Zach kept calling around and found the part needed and they repaired it on Wednesday and Thanksgiving was saved! Thanks to Gary, Logan and Zach for all their help.

We called Plymouth Plumbing because we had a leak around our water heater and furnace. The problem was diagnosed as being a problem with the water heater. A few days later, we noticed water again in the same places. I called and got the owner on the phone and he and I were able to diagnose the issue as being condensation from the air conditioner and a clogged hose. I was able to fix the issue myself based on his explanation and the water stopped.We received a bill for the full cost of the water heater. I was initially very frustrated with the bill. After discussing with the owner, we were able to work out a compromise on the bill... we did start with a 7 year old water heater and ended up with a brand new one.I will add that the service technician who came to our house was very professional. He did an excellent job replacing the water heater and was done very quickly. There was water around both the water heater and furnace so we understand the reason for the diagnosis. When the owner and I discussed it, he said he was going to share the situation with his technicians to help them diagnose future problems like this.Mistakes happen, but how you respond to them is what really matters. The fact that they took ownership for it, used it as an opportunity to learn and grow, and made it right is what earns trust from customers like us. We will be calling them back the next time we have an issue.

I had a water softener blow it's seal in the middle of the night... Woke up to the broken unit pouring water out all over my basement. Called Plymouth Plumbing & Heating and they were over that morning to help me. They installed a much more durable unit that is still working great!! The tech was professional and friendly, as well. Can't say enough good things about this company! Highly recommended!!
