I called today, 1/3/25, for a clogged kitchen sink that I’ve had smaller issues with for a while. Dawn scheduled me for anytime within the next week, as it wasn’t a pressing issue. I had a water softener blow it's seal in the middle of the night... Woke up to the broken unit pouring water out all over my basement. Called Plymouth Plumbing & Heating and they were over that morning to help me. They installed a much more durable unit that is still working great!! The tech was professional and friendly, as well. Can't say enough good things about this company! Highly recommended!!

My water heater went out about a month ago. They were quick to help in replacing my water heater with full explanation on everything. Last night the pilot went out and I could not get it to stay lit again. I called and left a voice ail ar night. They called me right when they opened and had someone to my house in the morning. They found the cause and replaced the faulty component under warranty right away. A great company to trust and does want best for the customer. Recommend to anyone.

I have been so impressed with this team helping us put in a full bathroom in our basement. We have had multiple plumbers come out over the years but I've never witnessed a team that operated with integrity and partnership this high. The team constantly sought solutions we'd be happy with. When challenges arose they came up with creative solutions always keeping our best interest in mind. Special thanks to Andy + Travis for leading the charge. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Travis did a great job replacing our basement sewage pump. Unfortunately the new check valve turned out to be just as loud as the old, so I requested a second visit to swap it for the 'silent' one which was now in stock. I should have checked that the second visit was an included service but I just assumed; after getting the bill later I called to explain my confusion and they were very understanding and cancelled the second bill. It is very quiet now and I expect it to give me many more years.

PPH did a great job for us! We were amazed with the solution Zack had to rerouting our kitchen sink drain. It only took Gary & Kyle 2.5 hours including their cleaning up. They both were professional and efficient. Another plumbing company thought it would take 2 guys at least 2 days and would have involved breaking up the concrete floor. Thank you Zack for coming up with an idea that was far more efficient and saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend calling PPH for any plumbing or heating needs.

Had a new boiler system installed on the last week of December '22. So far, the system is noticeably more efficient with having to run less with more radiant heat produced.Gary and his Apprentice worked a long day getting this system installed but not once faltered in their professionalism and knowledge of my unique heating system.I've had numerous jobs done by Plymouth Plumbing & Heating over the course of 11 years in my home. New sink, garbage disposal, faucet and of course working my my old boiler system multiple times.Prices are fair, given the state of the economy and one certainly gets their moneys worth!I highly recommend Plymouth Plumbing & Heating.

Plymouth Plumbing & Heating are absolutely amazing! Our sub pump went out & had flooding. They showed up promptly to help. Zack was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a solution so that we would not run into this problem again. His technicians are efficient & very friendly as well.
